Welcome to the Lavender Guesthouse, a private oasis in the midst of Wilmington’s historic downtown. The guesthouse features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a double bed. Perfect for a couple’s retreat or a family vacation. We are walking distance to Wilmington Riverwalk, and the many attractions and restaurants downtown.

We (Jen & Roswell) purchased this home in downtown historic Wilmington in 2020. We love the charm and history of downtown along with the vibe and downtown energy. We love to entertain and host our family and friends so we decided to turn our passion into a business. We look forward to having you stay with us!
